1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legal contract between Psichologijos mokymų centras, UAB, Registration code: 305743263, VAT: LT100014333519, Address: Gojaus g. 1, Zibalai, Širvintų r., Lithuania (hereinafter “Memories Replay”, “Website”, or “we/us”), and any individual using the Memories Replay Website.

1.1. Browsing, using, or viewing information on the Website constitutes acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately close the Website and discontinue any use.

1.2. IMPORTANT: This Agreement includes governing-law and jurisdiction provisions (Section 12). Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.3. This Agreement includes warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and a waiver of the right to participate in class actions.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: We will automatically charge your bank account the Subscription fee for each billing term until you cancel.

5.2. Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with the Money-Back Policy.

5.3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel by contacting us at hello@memoriesreplay.com. You retain access until the end of the current Subscription period.

6. Privacy

Personal data you provide is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. An account may be terminated due to three months of inactivity, violation of these Terms, or security reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
